Event Photography Services

Event photography is a big part of what we do and we enjoy covering every kind of event imaginable!

Whether your event is a glitzy prom, or a fundraising dinner, we can bring something extra to your occasion. For your guests, there’s no better way to remember your event than with a physical photograph.

Our Equipment

Using modern, digital equipment, our on-site photography services are provided from a self-contained portable studio. We can work in almost any area as long as there is a plug socket nearby! Each photo takes approximately 1 minute to print.

We can create colourful, fun or formal posed portraits in keeping with the tone and setting of your event. Photographs can be taken either in front of one of our backdrops or we can use a feature within the location as a backdrop itself. The choice is yours! We regularly take family portraits as well as portfolio shots.

Our photographer will typically take up to around 1,000 photos, depending on the size of your event. Your guests can view their pictures electronically on a HD TV screen before deciding to purchase. There is no obligation to buy. State-of-the-art, interactive software is used to display and edit the photos making ordering quick and easy.

The Print

All of our photos are supplied in a presentation wallet at no extra cost and your guests can pay by cash or card to suit. We print to an 8″x6″ (A5). A4 size photographs (and mounts) can also be supplied for those special occasions however we will need some notice to prepare for this.


  • All we charge you is £30 an hour. An event with on site printing usually lasts up to 4 hours. If you are planning a charitable event, please discuss this separately with us)
  • We charge £15 for one printed photo printed on site in a presentation wallet
  • Any additional photos are £10 each
  • We can also provide up to 10 photos on a USB stick for £20

When you decide to book we’ll chat about the venue and the best location for the studio then once we’ve sorted the detail we’ll send out your booking form to sign and return.A few weeks before the event we’ll get in touch again to check any last details.
